"This report assesses the current state of the independence and accountability of the Serbian judiciary and prosecution service, and, in particular, the selfgovernance of the two professions under the High Judicial Council and the State Prosecutors’ Council. The report follows a mission of the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) to Serbia in October 2015, which aimed to assess the situation of self-governance of the judiciary and of the prosecutorial service at a critical juncture in their development."
